Mr. Traub has been with BSH for over 11 years and joins the North American team after four years as CEO of BSH Latin America.  He is based in the U.S. headquarters in Huntington Beach, CA.

Prior to joining BSH Home Appliances, Traub began working with the Robert Bosch Group in 1991 for a three-year management training program while attending a University. Throughout the program, he moved from Stuttgart to Singapore where he would continue his career with Robert Bosch until 1996.  In 1997, Traub became the Regional Financial Controller for BSH Bosch und Siemens Home Appliances Group in Asia responsible for the expansion of the new subsidiary.  He was quickly promoted to Managing Director in 1999 reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales.  After many successful years in Singapore, Traub moved back to Germany in 2001 to assume the role of Commercial Director in the BSH headquarters in Munich.  Within two months he was promoted to Corporate Vice President International Sales where he completed extensive strategic concepts for North America, Latin America, and China.  His success in this position laid the ground work for his next challenge as CEO for Latin America where he has achieved great accomplishments over the last four years.   

Traub earned his bachelor degree in economics from the University of Hohenheim, Germany.  He later completed executive programs at renowned universities around the world Traub speaks several languages including English, German, Portuguese, Spanish, and French.
