401(k) Plan
You may contribute up to 85% of pay using after-tax dollars, pre-tax dollars, or a combination of both (subject to annual IRS limits). Your contributions, up to 9% of pay, are eligible for a matching contribution from Bosch. Bosch's matching contribution, determined by company profits, ranges from 50% to 100% of your contribution. Participants are fully vested in Bosch's matching contribution after three years.
Pension
Bosch's pension plan works with the 401(k) plan to provide security for your retirement years. The plan vests in three years and features an unreduced benefit at age 62 with early retirement provisions beginning as soon as age 55.
