Bosch’s Junior Managers Program is a 24-month rotational program custom designed for Master’s level candidates. The objective of the program is to prepare you for future leadership opportunities. Our Junior Managers Program is modeled after our training program in Germany, home of our global headquarters. This program has produced many of our top executives over the last 30 years, including our Chairman of the Board, Franz Fehrenbach.
The program consists of four cross functional/cross divisional assignments. Rotations are custom designed to meet business demands with influence from executive mentors and your own input. Assignments will be in varied work environments in the U.S. and internationally, including technical centers, corporate offices and manufacturing facilities.
You’ll enhance your leadership skills through independent contributions, project management, mentorship and targeted training. You’ll develop a professional network through your partnership with an executive mentor and social networking events. You will have the opportunity for broad exposure and diverse development in challenging work environments. Historically, rotational tracks have included academic disciplines in human resources, supply chain, marketing, engineering and finance. Examples include:
As a Junior Managers Program candidate on the engineering track, you’ll be engaged in key initiatives within safety, emissions, fuel consumption, driving comfort and alternative energy. You’ll work in an organization dedicated to innovative research and development, consistently investing in R&D at a rate much above industry average. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in disciplines ranging from program management, product engineering, applications engineering, test engineering, quality and manufacturing engineering.
As a Junior Managers Program candidate on the finance/accounting track, you’ll have challenging work experiences and gain high level exposure, as you rotate through the finance departments at one of the largest privately held companies in the world. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in disciplines ranging from accounting (cost and managerial), financial reporting, internal auditing, manufacturing cost analysis, product pricing and forecasting.
Junior Managers Program Qualifications:
* Master’s Degree received within the last 36 months
* 3.2 Cumulative GPA minimum
* Minimum of one completed internship / co-op experience, or at least six months full-time relevant work experience related to your field of study
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Geographically mobile: Junior Managers Program candidates must be willing and able to relocate multiple times within the U.S. and potentially complete an international assignment
* Must be authorized to work in the United States
