Since joining Bosch in 1992, Frasier has held numerous positions with increasing responsibility in the areas of hybrid vehicle technology, engineering body electronics, exterior sensing product development, anti-lock braking systems, traction control systems and electronic control unit hardware development. Prior to Bosch, Frasier held various engineering positions int he areas of powertrain controls design and development, chassis control systems, and wiper control systems for Ford Motor Company and General Motors Corporation.
Frasier earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, Michigan, and his master's degree in electrical engineering and computer control systems from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. He also studied global management of engineering design and development at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
