Duties/Tasks: Bosch research is seeking full/part time interns to work with a team of engineers and scientist in design of a biosensor. The primary responsibilities include assay optimization, benchmarking, debugging, data processing, and developing more efficient calibration techniques. The candidate may also contribute to technology analysis and benchmarking.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Familiarity with molecular biochemistry techniques, proteins chemistry, mircoarrays, and molecular biology.
• Familiarity with standard analytical methods, fluidics, electrochemistry, and surface chemistry.
• Being able to communicate with a team of engineers and collaborators, scientists at Stanford genome Technology Center and physicians at Robert Bosch Hospital.
