Specifically designed for the iPod, the new Power Box Dock plugs directly into the Power Box’s 12-volt auxiliary outlet and 3.5-millimeter input jack to play music or charge the iPod without extra wires or plugs. The dock completely encases any one of five iPod models, utilizing proprietary adaptors to accommodate for the various sizes available on the market today. The weather and dust resistant encasing protects the iPod from the elements, while also guarding against disruption or movement.

Compatible iPod models include third and fourth generation iPods (20GB/60GB) with click or touch wheel and button controls, the iPod mini and iPod photo (30/60GB). Adaptors for the iPod Nano will be available in January 2006.
