Bosch, with nearly 80 facilities within the U.S., will visit regional universities to offer college students and graduates co-op, internship, trainee, and full-time professional opportunities. As fall approaches, our search begins to find future associates excited to work for a global industry leader.
Did you just recently graduate, or will you graduate soon and are still unsure what direction you want your career to go?
The Bosch Professional Development Trainee (PDT) Program may be the career start for you. The PDT program will systematically prepare you for future professional or leadership positions through cross divisional and/or functional rotations. In addition to challenging assignments and hands-on work experience, the program will include business acumen and leadership training courses/seminars. The defined training is developed in alignment with our core competencies, which strengthens our commitment to our values and supports the further development of leadership and technical capabilities. Each trainee will be assigned an executive mentor to provide professional coaching and career guidance.
Based upon your interests, business need and input from your mentor; the PDT program offers the option to complete an assignment abroad. The assignment abroad enhances the learning experience and contributes to your development as an associate. Often cultural sensitivity training is provided in addition to language classes to assist in the transition. Currently we have trainees on assignment in Germany, Mexico, and Japan.
The program duration is 2-3 years, with four rotations lasting 6-9 months. Actual work locations will vary based on the division or functional area of your rotation.
There are eight universities targeted for recruiting activity to support our program. Click the Campus Recruiting link at right to find out when we will be at your campus.
We look forward to helping you write your story.
