• Experience in basic concepts of ontologies and semantic web
• Working knowledge of ontologies like RDF, OWL, OWL-Lite
• Working knowledge of common methods and tools for ontology development
• Experience with wireless sensor networks domain
• Knowledge and experience in software development of Service Oriented Architecture including SOAP, WSDL, J2ME
• Good Software Engineering Skills

Duties/Tasks: The intern will perform the following tasks:

• Investigate the benefits of ontologies for sensor networks
• State-of-the-art evaluations of existing sensor ontologies
• Develop sensor ontology concepts for security technologies domain at Bosch
• Implement a prototype to demonstrate the concepts under real world scenarios
