Our service portfolio – what we do

As an integrated global business service organization, we offer substantial expertise across seven different service areas with a clear focus on our internal customers.

Our purchasing services include category and supplier management, as well as related IT tools and services on negotiation, innovation, and quality.

Our procurement services include purchase requests and order creations for material or services, goods receipt, invoice receipt, invoice processing, and invoice payment.

Our logistics services include transportation services, warehousing and material flow, packaging, foreign trade, planning, and much more.

Our Bill-to-Cash accounting services include customer invoicing, payment receipt, and accounts receivable management.

Our Book-to-Report accounting and controlling services include the handling of general ledger, asset transactions, bank accounting, and budgeting, as well as reporting according to international financial reporting standards (IFRS), local generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and internal management requirements.

Our HR shared service includes operations for associates like selection and onboarding, organizational changes and transfers, international assignments, reimbursements, payroll, and overall travel management.
