When candidates visiting the site view or apply to a job, the JavaScript code references a JavaScript file which then executes a tracking operation for analytics. Each successfully executed tracking operation results in a new job visit or apply event being sent to the Recruitics Analytics services, along with a variety of data about the event. Bosch uses any information gathered by such analytics tools to analyze your use of the website to generate reports on website activities and to perform other website related services to you. Only authorized persons have access to this anonymized data.

Use of Social Plugins as Part of Social Media

Bosch’s website uses social media plugins (“Plugins”) from social networks like Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest (“Social Network”). The Plugins are identified by the respective social media logo or the respective suffix (the “Button”).
