Can you tell us more about your journey with Bosch?
In my eight plus years at Bosch, I have had pleasure of working on all aspects of development within the V-model. For Software Engineering, I have worked on software design, algorithm development and testing. I have also worked on system engineering topics like requirements engineering, architectural design, functional safety and hands-on in-vehicle verification testing. I have benefited greatly from the range of work and have developed significant breadth in my expertise.
How would you describe the work culture at Bosch?
The automated driving domain is always in flux and Bosch is a large organization. There are always challenges to overcome, like motivating yourself during times of flux and staying positive when challenges are evident. It is heartening to see that Bosch management acknowledges this and actively works to effectively address these challenges.
What is your favorite Bosch value?
The Bosch value “Pay it Forward” resonates strongly with my values. I like that it promotes social corporate responsibility with an emphasis on environmental projects. I have personally been involved with activities like composting, household recycling drives and volunteering for social cause.
How flexible is your work-life balance?
Working at Bosch gives me an ideal balance of professional development and time for my family.
